The press conference of the Skulptur Projekte Münster 2017 will take place on Friday, 9 June 2017, 12 noon, at Rathausfestsaal (town hall), Stadtweinhaus, Prinzipalmarkt, 48143 Münster.

Who is eligible for accreditation?
Accreditation is necessary and possible only for representatives of the media. No accreditation is necessary for professional visitors.

Is there a preview for professional visitors?
Professional visitors can preview the 2017 Skulptur Projekte on 9 June 2017 without accreditation. Access will be restricted to a few works to which only a limited number of visitors can be admitted. There media representatives will be granted preferential access from 10 am to 12 noon.

Is accreditation absolutely necessary?
Accreditation for media representatives is necessary to ensure the smooth course of the press conference and preview.

When is the accreditation in effect?

How do I obtain accreditation?
Please use the online application form to apply for the accreditation procedure. After your application has been reviewed, you will receive all important information on the press and preview day.

Will I be given a discount on the Skulptur Projekte catalogue along with my press accreditation?
Accredited journalists will receive a press package also containing a catalogue to the Skulptur Projekte.

Where can I pick up the bicycle I booked?
The bike rental service is located on Domplatz between Marktcafé and the old building of the LWL-Museum für Kunst und Kultur. Previously booked bicycles can be picked up there starting at 9 am. For a binding bicycle reservation, you must submit your identity card number.

When do the guided press tours take place?
The press tours will begin after the press conference, and be offered all day from 1:30 pm onward. Several tours will be carried out simultaneously. The exact times and meeting points will be posted well in advance.

How can I get to Marl for the press event on Saturday, 10 June 2017?
There will be a shuttle bus available with a limited number of seats, which we will assign to media representatives on a first come, first serve basis at the reception desk for the press conference on 9 June. You also have the option of travelling to Marl on your own.

Is group accreditation possible?
It is not possible to obtain accreditation as a group. Applications must be submitted individually.

Can I obtain accreditation after the deadline for online accreditation?
We expressly advise you to apply for accreditation for the press conference in good time, as the number of places is limited. After 26 May 2017, the deadline for online accreditation, we will give notice as to the availability of remaining places.

Is the exhibition opening open to the public?
The Skulptur Projekte will be open to the public starting Saturday, 10 June 2017 at 10 am. The official opening of the Skulptur Projekte will take place at 5 pm at the LWL-Museum für Kunst und Kultur and is open to the public. Afterwards, starting at 7 pm, there will be shuttle busses to Hawerkamp, where the Skulptur Projekte opening party is taking place.
